You can request a return or refund if:

- You received the wrong product.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Our sauces are made with fresh ingredients and must be refrigerated at all times to ensure quality and safety. Products not stored as instructed are not eligible for returns or refunds.
